Basketball Hoop

I'm looking to get install an in-ground basketball hoop. Any suggestions? The price range looks like it can go from $249-$4000. I don't want to break the bank on one but I also don't one that will only last 4-5 years either.

I remember when my parents bought me my hoop when I was a kid. I'm guessing I was around 8 at the time. Just a simple model, adjusted from probably 7' to 10'. Maybe made of graphite? Point being...I guarantee my parents didn't spend more than a few hundred on it from a Sears-type place, and it's still kicking 20 years later. The pole would rust every few years and we'd repaint it.
