I saw this guy and wished I had the money to make a bid, but since I dont have the funds right now then someone else here might. Bidding ends in 25 minutes in the US and he is only at 98,000 right now. Not bad for an excellent playmaker.

Bidding ends at 21:12 Hattrick time today.

He cost $10,000, but will be a starter right away on defense and can always play some forward next season as well.

Why are players with high passing skills but not much else so highly rated in terms of value? Isn't passing a secondary skill?

He sold for only about 230K, which would have been a huge steal. Excellent MF almost always go for well in excess of 300K. The original owner, AC Pittsburgh, actually ended up buying him back and relisting him at a higher price though.

Passing is a secondary skill, but it is not calculated as such by Hattrick when determining a player's assessed value. It counts towards value just as much as scoring/defending/etc. when a player's assessed value is determined.

Im suprised. I thought once it hit 200K it would keep going up pretty fast.

Welll, I think I know why he went back and sold that middie. I was in a bidding war with him two nights ago and when I ran out of cash, he snagged a *** middie for about $125K
