Technically there was a patch, I had to download a patch, not the full game. Anyway it doesn't matter I was just pointing out specifics.

Yes it was, but as I tried to express earlier and was compulsively corrected, this is the first patch after "official release," whereas our first patch was more a "official release" patch.
