Weird bungled roster names issue

Scorp from the OSFL just posted about this in our forums. Have no idea, thought I'd put it out there if anyone has seen this before.

It's not April Fool's, is it? Wacky.

(edit) I am noticing that this only applies to players year 4 and under. It doesn't apply to one year 4 guy pictured here, but he re-entered the draft that year. Does that give anyone any ideas?

I checked other teams, only players with 4 or less seasons are messed up. Just happened on the latest file. I redownloaded it and same thing. All other league sI am in are fine.
I know another owner checked my roster from his PC and names were fine. so it looks as if the download is only corrupted for me.

What if you go back to an earlier file? Does that fix it?

was in the process of doing that to see if the names went back....

I reloaded previous file I noticed it said one new file for the older download, the names were fine.
Reloaded current file and names are now ok. uploaded previous file on work PC and exported from there.
I do this for most leagues though first time this ever happened.

took alittle playing around, have to run in compatability mode, and set permissions. pain in the @ss.

If you want I can look at my setup and let you know how it is.
