FOF2K4 Draft Converter

I was curious on how to convert csv to faf files in case I ever want to make my own draft classes. I found out you need the FOF2K4 Draft converter. Is there anywhere I can still download this on the internet? Thanks.

I believe I still have my license info from this game if I need that to get it to work.

Speaking of FOF2k4, are there any online leagues left that use that game, or have all converted to 2K7? I ask because I only have the 2004 version.
