My computer rankings ...
I've always wondered how people import scores (and possibly statistics) into their "calculators." Hand entry? Something super-sophisticated? Or somewhere in between?
Also, recursive functions... should I dust off STATA. Is there a workaround in Excel? Let's just point out that I'm trying to rank something by computer for the first time here.

My MOV/SOSMOV-based poll, which will hopefully settle down with more games under teams' belts.
1. Oklahoma
2. Oklahoma State
3. Texas A&M
4. Auburn
5. Alabama
6. Michigan
7. Baylor
8. Brigham Young
9. Northern Illinois
10. Texas Christian
11. Florida State
12. Tennessee
13. Illinois
14. Bowling Green
15. Tulsa
16. Louisiana State
17. Notre Dame
18. Boise State
19. Kentucky
20. Ohio
21. Wake Forest
22. West Virginia
23. Stanford
24. Ohio State
25. South Florida
Had to break up 10-14 by hand, since all 4 teams have had this result thus far: 2 blowouts, one over a 1AA school and one over a school that blew out a 1AA school in its other game. (I cap MOV, constraining the delineations possible here.)

Observationally... the MAC did well.
