View Full Version : USA Hattrick Cup Round 5 (FOFC Teams)

I have thirteen games with FOFC teams for next week's cup matches. If I missed you, please let me know and I'll add it to the list.

I was one of the wimps who PIC'd last week, and after seeing several D5 teams advance, I'm really feeling sick about it, especially after my opps must have PIC'd, ending with a poor midfield. I played the B-team and PIC'd as well, ending with poor also. I can only imagine what I threw away, as I could have played the starters, not PIC'd, had delirious TS, at home....ugh

Hee hee. Not that I'm all that confident even though I'm going up against a D5 team. They're pretty darn good. I've got the Jack Daniels ready to drink while watching their Formidable offense at work against my inadequate-weak-weak form defense. *shudder*

Hmmmm. It would appear that they are. I must've confused them for my last Cup opponent who was Div V. Although now I am confused as to why we're playing at their stadium. That and it's worse news for my team. Heh. :)

Galesburg´s Sam Jones made an attempt at equalising in the 34:th minute, coming in from the right, but the ball hit the post, the defense clearing the rebound.

heh.....

In the 29:th minute Rochester was able to score the equalising 1 - 1 goal. Richard Ackerman picked up a pass coming in from the right and chipped it past the away teams goalie. In the games 29:th minute Downeasterners´s Gerd Bougnet fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee booked Gerd Bougnet for taking a dive. In the 29:th minute the visitors broke through on the right after some poor defending and Christian Gammelgard put the ball away for 1 - 2. Alex Hobson put his head to a well placed ball lifted in from the left and scored the 2 - 2 goal in the 29:th minute

Shucks. Down 3-nil now, and with the yellow that my best defender Saint-Hilaire recieved he should be out for my league match next week too. Looks like he didn't underestimate me, GK puts up 4.5, mids all 3.5 stars. He used almost the same lineup in his league game this week and put up an outstanding midfield.

In the 62nd minute of the match the visitors central line of defence had to look on as Kenneth Millard dashed through, knocking home 3 - 0 for SouthPark. The structure of the game started to change as SouthPark decided to pull back and meet their opponents in the defensive zone.
