At my school we have a new enrichment period for which I am teaching a course called "Stats in Sports." I want one of our activities to learn how to keep a box score for a baseball game and are looking for recommendations for a game which will have a variety of different events (i.e. strikeouts, stolen bases, double plays, etc) which would be interesting for keeping score. Any games come to mind? We'll likely spend about an hour, all together, watching the game so it even a particularly interesting stretch of innings will work.

One of the Red Sox games from early this year in which they batting through the order in a couple different innings.

I would suggest Strat-O-Matic. It's simple in it's basic format.

I ended up deciding on Verlander's no hitter against the Blue Jays. We're going to watch the 3rd and 4th and the 7th-9th. Not only do you get a good pitching performance but there's a whole bunch of different situations which should be fun to score.
