Hi, in previous solo games i have only tried to draft, sign trade for players with intelligence or wants winner of at least average rating but for some positions it seems very hard to find an intelligent player. Wondering if anyone has a list of when to focus on leadership, intelligence etc for each position. I assume for a QB you want/need intelligence and leadership?
any help on this would be great

I believe...
- Leadership, along with Personality, only play into cohesion. Since all QBs on your team can have affinities, I'm not sure if there's a benefit to a high leadership here(?). It's very key among other positions when figuring cohesion.
- Intelligence in a QB can be a two-edged sword. The key is his INT as related to his Solecismic score. Solecismic score is derived from INT and the hidden Avoid INT rating; so a really high intelligence with a high Solecismic, usually means an interception machine. I believe there's a similar combination for WRs and Route Running.
- Play for Winner, Loyalty only affect contract negotiations.
- Popularity affects ticket sales.

That "Wants Winner" and "Play TO Win" always confuses me. If you look in the Personality View tab, you'll see the Play to Win rating, which makes it seem like 2 different things, but it's the same rating "Wants Winner" if you click on their player card.
