Hi, when drafting a QB will he learn new plays as he developes or will the ones he has on draft be the ones that stay with him??

i ask as i am trying out the 2-TE offensive gameplan and this only uses the 5 TE pair formations so would a young QB, or any, learn these as the season developes or if he sits behind a starter with these formations??

He learns new formations in Training Camp, which in turn he learns the plays within those formations.
