Edit: Woops messed up the title just add a "t" after the "ge".
Well it only took me two tries and I got a pretty solid coach;) So how many tries did it take to get your dream coach?
Here is mine:
Nathaniel Henderson (11223825)
40 years, disastrous form, healthy
A solid coach who goes all out
A popular guy who is calm and dishonest.
Has weak experience and inadequate leadership abilities.

My first attempt I got a passable coach. While not my dream coach, he will definantly due for now.

I got a passable coach on my first try- so I was happy with that and didn't try to get a solid...maybe in a season or 2 I will try to upgrade to a solid coach.

Again, ditto Golden Eagle. It seems we're having a similar start to this game with coaches and stadiums :)

Fired my first two coaches, then got this guy:
Jay Youngblood (11207531)
41 years, disastrous form, healthy
A solid coach who goes all out
A pleasant guy who is balanced and upright.
Has brilliant experience and inadequate leadership abilities.

True NAIWF. It will be interesting to compare are teams in a year or two. Hopefully we will both be in Div. III. :)

My solid, all out coach took only two tries. Unfortunately, he only has weak leadership and is controversial (thus keeping my team spirit "calm" at all time).

okay, I won't say it to you all, one by one, but YOU ALL SUCK!!!!
One simple reason. I started with a weak coach at the very beginning. Stayed with him for two weeks when I had no clue. Then decided to try and get a better one. Fired two more coaches before I got an inadequate. I think that was in my third week or so. Lived with that inadequate for a while until I got decided to go and try to get a better one. Twelve fired coaches later, the best I could get was a passable... :( Thus, the collective YOU SUCK award to all of you...

I feel for you, FrogMan. I'm a relative neophyte to the game, and I can still appreciate the good fortune I had in getting a solid coach so early on.

I'll second that notion Frog. Granted I've got a passable coach.
But the way my luck swings I'm a little shy of the 4mil needed to
land a solid coach and while my coach is passable, he's got to be
one of the biggest pricks in the HT world. Nasty/weak.

I still don't have my dream coach, as my current one is solid/weak. However it took 19 attempts to get this one, so I didn't want to go for the perfect coach...

I love my poor all out coach. Sure training takes longer, but he flat out rules. ;)

I've gone through quite a few and haven't found my perfect coach.
Not like some of you bastards. Especially not like Blade, who has a solid coach and then cheats on that coach with it's sister who's perhaps even more solid, all the while lining things up with a nother solid coach.
I hate all you guys...

I spent $600,000 trying to upgrade my passable coach who went all out.
What did I get? Oh, I gave up and settled for a passable coach who goes all out.

Not a bad one, Aes. He's not solid (but passable) or all out but he's sympathetic and passable leadership so that's sweet.

Took me 11 tries to get a passable coach, a large reason why I was in debt all of last season, but it was worth it IMO.

I know my coach isn't all that great but for some reason I don't want to let him go. Not that I have the cash to look for a new one anyway.

I don't think he is that bad Nequa. He is inadequate rather than passable, but all his other qualites are very good.

When I get some more money I'll probably go looking for a new coach. Good old Hector Meier has been pretty good for me though. He's a poor coach who prefers defense which has been a successful gameplan for my team.

I just got a solid coach which cost me about $100,000.
