Picked up PureSim 4 at the price.
Immediately discovered that players asking for a flat value - say, $903,000 - will actually display as - and sign for - $903.
That either slipped through the patching cracks or got introduced with the most recent patch.

Do you mean PS 5? Post at WS, it'll help Shaun and Crash.

I bought both of them (DDSPB & DDSCB), can't beat 50% off. Now, to find time to actually play them....

Thanks for the heads up. I just went over and over shopped but I couldn't resist as DDS: pb2 and PureSim4 were only 14.95 regular price. I also bought the DDS: cb2 that is regular 34.95. So all said I bought all 3 games for less then the College Basketball 2 games regular price. Not bad at all, but like others have stated not sure when I'll be playing them. :)

That's me with Steam games. I buy so many and end up playing so few.

No, sir. PureSim 4.
Now, if he's using the same code base, it may also be in PureSim 5.
But PureSim 4 is what I bought.

I'm a little disappointed with PureSim 4 in a couple of realms now.
Sacrifice bunt failures by the pitcher should never, ever, result in a swing-away play on a 1-1 count.
Nor, really, should they be happening with fewer than 2 strikes when a position player fails to get the bunt down, since you don't get the option to reset the offensive strategy prior to play resolution.
Maybe the solution is "don't use the 'manage' module and just simulate your seasons" since the play-by-play engine is letting me down.

Hmmm i haven't played enough yet to see this but I was wondering if the game prompted you to download and upgrade (i think it was 1.16A). The game prompted me for this upgrade. I do not know if it fixes any of these problems.

Yes, it did. I patched before I ever started an association.

Think I made a bad impulse choice. Gave the 2011 version of the hockey game a try. It has the most cumbersome interface that I have ever seen.
Then I actually tried to 'play' a game and it's as fun as getting a root canal, except that the game doesn't offer you gas before playing.
There seriously needs to be an updated ECH released... Clone FM2011 and make a hockey game in the same mold and I would be a very happy gamer. (I can't say 2012 yet as while it seems like a good game it hasn't grabbed me like 2011 did for some reason).

There are some new ones in the works, including this one from OOTP Developments. (http://www.ehmtheblueline.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=66&t=8354)
