Actually if you want to get technical it's a University town. Chapman University has become one of the more prominent schools in the country. Sure they don't have Div 1A teams in sports but the girls there are Div 1A quality...

I see that they're...well, they're at least on a ranking list for law (http://www.top-law-schools.com/rankings.html). Have a ways to go to get up near Harvard though. :)

Ha....that is nothing compared to what they do in Austin. Considering that it is also a hippie town. They have this event celebrating Eeyore's birthday party where a lot of people where costumes. After 4pm, it gets a bit more risque and you will see a lot of exposed boobage glazed over with paint and dental flossed butts. Just do an Google image search for Eeyores and you will see what I mean.
