What is the point in that though, if we do that it will just make the list of those voted on bigger. Plus it takes away all the discussion and bitching. Lastly I think people will then be voting them against each other. I think things are running fine the way they have been.

I agree, for the most part. I would like to see more frequent polls, but it is fine the way it is.
