My FOF game just crashed HELP

After completing a draft and free agency period, I was set to go to training camp but my game crashed :banghead:.
Is there an auto-save feature? When I reopened game my only option is to load the game from the end of last season. Help please!

Wow...I just realized I lost an entire season and 2 drafts. Ridiculous
