View Full Version : anyone having issues with eLicense?

My laptop crashed and I was unable to uninstall the license. I still have my license number, but I can't put it on my new laptop since the other one is still installed. I emailed them a few times now and it's been 2 weeks since the first email with no response. Now I've had to use them in the past, and have always gotten a response in a day or two, so this is getting frustrating.

Just wondered if anyone else was having issues with them lately?

Response time the last 3-4 months has not been what we'd like to see. My understanding is that Christmas vacations got everyone behind there, and their key customer service representative has had to miss a lot of work lately with family illnesses.

Hopefully, response time will be back to normal soon, and everyone is healthy and happy.

I apologize for the delays. I've been in contact with ViaTech, and they remain committed to good customer service. Two weeks is definitely not what we want here. I'd resubmit the request, and ensure you are not spam-blocking the elicense domain.
