This is from the second year of a new stadium build. The first year was 2065 and you can see a stadium payment of $661,800,000; then the second year a stadium payment of ($648,920,000) indicating a negative cost. Any explanations for this? I don't think I have ever seen it.

In the 5th year of the stadium build I got another refund - making a profit on my costs...

This is awesome!
"Your stadium payment checks bounced, but heck, we went ahead and built it anyway, so you can have your money back. Oh, and thanks! The intention is what matters".
