TCY Newbie Questions

I just got TCY a couple of weeks ago and love it. I have a couple of questions.

I know there is supposed to be a 60 player on scholarship limit, but it seems sometimes I can have more. Do either Redshirting players or 5th year seniors, not count against that limit?

What specific differences are there between the difficulty levels?

Is there enough impact in making defensive formation changes that it worth doing it myself rather than having the staff do it?

Do teams have a basic academic prestige rating that never changes and is part of their total academic rating (will be Solesmic 8 New York team, ever catch Stanford?)

Is there a specific thread for College Years strategy? I haven't found it yet.

I'm thinking of getting TCY just so I can run some FOF tests...

Wish I could answer your questions, although if it's anything like FOF, there's little point in playing anything other than the max difficulty.

- iirc, some information is hidden for recruits if you're playing at the highest difficulty and only shows if you contact the recruit.

- I think the both the academic rating and the prestige rating change. The academic rating if your players are doing well academically and the prestige rating if you do well in games.
