Next up on Celebrity Hot or Not is Katy Perry, the big eyed, big boobed popstar. How will she fair? I'm saying she will be on the hot side around 70%, although I can see the possibility of more upside due to her large assets.

Except while she resembles Zooey, she lacks the actually pleasant balance of features Zooey has. I think Katy is totally overrated. Her face is pretty much unattractive, especially as she usually has about a foot of makeup on it, and she's just making a living on her boobs. That top left picture is one of the few where she looks nice all together. I think with a different style maybe she'd come across as hotter rather than plastic.

Not at all. I was answering the question about what she looked like without makeup. It's a fair part of the equation considering how MUCH makeup Perry wears.

And the answer to the equation is of course...because she NEEDS 10 pounds of makeup to cover up the 10 pounds of ugly :D

Agreed to an extent EXCEPT for the Spider eyelashes. Those creep me the hell out. It's like they want to conjure up images of Morticia Adams or Elvira or something. I do find Perry entertaining as kind of a cartoon character type, but far from hot.

Of course. Snoop Dogg is the best part of anything he does. If we were doing a Cool or Not, that dude would lock in at 100%. If we ran a Cool or Not 64 Tourney, he'd slide into the finals with 100%-0 wins all the way. (Until the finals, where he'd obviously match up with Pumpy - and, then .. well, who knows what'd happen.)

I personally, think she's the hottest chick in that video - but the girl with short, white hair and the girl with the red & white bikini are close, I can see where taste would come into play.

Although, a girl not being the hottest girl in her own music video isn't saying much. As, other video girls are usually professional models and dancers - and are often hot.

I guess I'm saying .. you're comments really point to nothing in a discussion of whether or not Katy Perry is Hot or Not.

Katy Perry has a killer rack, yes. But so do a ton of ugly chicks. A killer rack is a great tie-breaker, but not in itself enough to classify a chick as hot or not. Outside of when she's hotted up for a film clip Katy Perry herself is a 6-7 on my 10pt scale. Looking at the pics of her above, I could imagine maybe 10 girls on my floor at work who would look hotter than her if done up the same way, so yeah, it's a 'no' for me.
