So Jessical Biel has an official hot rating of just over 86%, theoretically that makes her hotter than Scarlett Johansen, Natalie Portman, and Jennifer Love Hewitt, fortunately I know you that voted no on those three are wrong and Jessica is just a little less hot than them.

Today's Hot or Not participant was once a Sci-Fi courtesan but is now a Marine wife, Morena Baccarin. I'm predicting voting will be all over the place, with a number of you posting pictures of her CHARACTER with short hair in Homeland instead of focusing on how fraking hot she is. Either way, I predict 60-65%.
