Mini Mancave Suggestions

I finally get to start working on my mini mancave, more like a den. Looking for suggestions.

It's not a really large room, more like a sall bedroom size.

It will double as an office when I work at home.

(lol, sorry.... completely off topic but I LOVE that "naughty librarian" commercial; had to pause typing this to watch the commercial as it came on)


Need something to use as a desk which could also be used for a TV (maybe TV on one side and desk on the other. Something for filing important papers. Something that can be converted into a bed for company to use.


I have about a 1K budget for it for now.


Any suggestions? Recommendations?

Maybe a corner desk, and a 32" LCD on a pivot arm. You could swing the arm back and use it as a monitor/vs out as a TV.

You could probably get a decent futon type bed for when guests visit.
