Training Camp

I have a quick question. I did all the weights/position changes and signings of my rookies etc and then mistakenly exported without opening the TC menu and hitting 'run training camp'. Will it run the same TC I had the previous year, or will the AI mess with my TC values?

It will run TC with your settings from last season.
