The tires on the wife's (and 16 month child) 2008 Honda Accord are coming due. I was quoted some nice Michelin Harmony tires (60k warrantee) with a walkout price of $662. They also have some Uniroyal Touring tires (also 60k) for $524 walkout.

I have always purchased Michelin tires but Uniroyal is now owned by Michelin. That makes the $140 price difference very tempting.

Anyone have any opinions or experience with Uniroyal touring tires?

I always use Tirerack.com for comparing tires. I just put tires on both of my cars, and went with tires that were fairly cheap from Sam's Club that had great ratings from there. I couldn't be happier.

BFGoodrich is also owned by Michelin.
Still they are different brands, different compounds and different products.

We just put a set of Uniroyals on the wife's tahoe...simply because its leaving in october and the savings was worth it...they are ok but louder than the last set of michelins.
