I kind of wished he got into acting sooner. Black guys with his size and acting ability don't come around often so he could have filled in some roles rather well.

Wow. That sucks. His role in The Green Mile is one of my personal favorites. Only 54.

Side note: He was engaged to Omarosa from The Apprentice. Saw mentioned (not sure if it was that article) that she probably saved his life when he initially had a heart attack a couple months back by performing CPR.

+1 He was amazing in that movie and 54 is way to young. By all accounts a really nice guy too, RIP :(

RIP.. Bear on Armageddon and then the role on Green Mile...he was definitely on tops for me of modern day actors.

Damn. The Green Mile is one of my all-time favorite films, and while he wasn't the only reason I enjoyed it so much, he was certainly a major part of it.

RIP big guy.
