Thanks for the kind words all, I am feeling better. Just taking it easy for the week, its my first use of sick days in about 8 years heh.

Anyways the doctor said there were no more in there and put me on an eating program to prevent this in the future. Mainly my sins were too much caffeine and dairy products before I went to sleep. I have a minor infection that is getting taken care of, so no I did not keel over. (although early Monday morning I seriously questioned my own mortality)

I suggest if someone in your family has had a history of this problem to find out and ask your doctor about it. I had no idea it was coming and I am 32 years old and keep myself in good shape (mostly from what I do for a living). So hopefully it may help someone else prevent this problem from happening to them because it ain't fun at all.
