Franchise Portfolio Draft: Signup Thread

fun little time waster. i'm sure we've done this or something like it before. simple idea: draft a team of the most prestigious franchises in sports. the categories are:

1. MLB
2. NFL
3. NBA
4. NHL
5. International CLUB Football (soccer)
6. NCAA Football
7. NCAA Basketball
8. NCAA "Other" (women's sports, lacrosse,baseball, field hockey,track & field etc)

teams must be active. no fake teams (globetrotters etc)

prestige is... prestige. yankees are more prestigious then the indians. indians more prestigious than the rockies. etc etc.

looking for 8 members with a max of ten. some of the leagues get thin really quickly.
