Scientists have finally filmed the Giant (I say Colossal) Squid
A Japanese film crew and a team of scientists have captured the first footage of a giant squid in its natural habitat. Pictures of the 10ft-long sea creature were shot at nearly 2,000ft below the Pacific, 620 miles south of Japan. Scientists spent 400 hours tracking the squid in a submarine before they recorded the images
