Maybe it's from Cuba, maybe it's a cult from Puerto Rico ... nobody seems to be sure.

There are health-related pro-circumcision arguments that can be made. I don't think you can say the same of a tattoo.

Not to mention that circumcision usually happens right after birth, not several months or a year into life.

Hopefully it's not a tattoo of some tribal bands or barbed wire.

I can't see the video from work, and likely wouldn't want to anyway but I do have a question. Is this Snookies kid?

1. The video doesn't really show the tattoo
2. You're not missing anything if never did get to see it
3. Unfortunately, it's not Snookies kid, because that would then make #2 obsolete

He's only getting a tribal tattoo so he can learn the skills he needs to rescue his friends from pirates. Right after he kills and skins 10 tapirs.

So, do you think it is a good idea to get my baby circumcised, then have his penis tattooed?

The NCAA should ban that mother from bowl games for a season.

When my sister was born, one of the nurses asked my mom if she was going to pierce my sister's ears for baby earrings. My mom said no, that is just cruel. So I said, "I see, it is cruel to pierce her ears, but perfectly fine to have me circumcised."

No, they should ban his future guardian who had nothing to do with this, after this mother goes to prison or moves on to a new family.
