Board Password/Login Issue

The mods and board admins are aware of an issue preventing a number of board members from logging in. It shows up as a message that you have exceeded your log ins. Ben is working on it. Stay tuned.

I'm fine, but I got logged out today on my work computer for the first time in probably years. Guess it's related to the fix.

Last I heard Ben was unable to log into the board, so we might not hear anything from him until the problem is fixed.

Going by the IP addresses locking out the account, my suspicion is that the problem lies with Operation Sports, but unfortunately I don't have any contact details for their tech guys to hand at the moment.

If anyone else gets a chance to deal with this, the 173.192.56.164 address that is locking everyone out is osweb3exim.operationsports.com.

When I check the online users, I see osweb3exim.operationsports.com under every user's IP address, rather than the ISP IP.

It seems like this is definitely related to some kind of change OS has made, but the question is can they fix it, or do we need to make some changes to the board to accommodate their change.

Probably a new load balancer or reverse proxy in front of the actual web page. Probably misconfigured in that it's not passing the original source IP address.
