Just verified that the most massive rebuilding project I've ever seen is open, Provo:

They have zero players under contract, a ton of lost cap room and will draft in the Top 3 or so again next year undoubtedly, but have no lost cap room for next year, when the big FAs hit the market. I'm guessing the new owner will draft and sign the 1(1) this year, trade away all other picks, and get busy next year, so it's a great opportunity to build a roster completely from the ground up.
