Give me, say, 150k. (Total guess on what actual cost would be, might be lower or higher.). I would purchase the IP rights, images, mechanics, plot, server and client side code, and everything else from the Star chamber game. I'd contact a web-based platform game developer and build a game to be played on any browser. I'd have the expected microtransactions for more packs of cards and such. We'd release new sets with new cards and plotlines shifting as alliances change and the galaxy goes through war.
