League Plans for Coming Game Release

Could somebody who attended the web chat about the new release tell me: Will current leagues be able to transition, or do all leagues that want to use the new software have to start over?

Depending on that answer, could league commissioners tell us what their plans are - continue with old software, transition to new software, start over with new software, or some other plan I haven't mentioned?

I haven't been to the forum in a while, so apologies if this has already been answered.

Where is there "a lot of uncertainty?" There should be little/no uncertainty about league conversions. The last one was seamless, so no reason to believe this one won't be.
