It's been a while for me guys/gals since I've had my hands on a copy of FOF or TCY, so I am a bit rusty all around, so please be patient with me. :)
First thing is first. Jim.....you create solid games; thumbs-up to you for doing yet another outstanding job in the FOF series. Thank you for creating such a great series of football simulations.
Okay, now onto what I need help with.
I would like to create a fictitious football league using the names and cities of all the current football teams in the NFL. The only thing fictitious would be the players, the year I started my league and a few other small things.
Question #1:
How do you get the city Abbreviation to be like they are in real life? My understanding is that there needs to be three spaces. For example, New Orleans is NOS. How can I just have NO instead of NOS for New Orleans? I know there is a way to do it, I just forgot how.
Question #2:
I was told earlier that there is a way to create a a complete fictional player csv file by creating a csv file with just one player and the rest would just be generated by the game itself. Well, my league is going to start in 1925, so I need to know what fields (or columns) are what in order to edit the birthday, ect ect. I had thought there was a chart to show you what columns, or fields, were what. For example, column A is, column B is, column C is and so on, ect ect. I hope that I am making sense here, lol. It has been a long and an exhausting day for me today...hahaha :/ .
I may have more questions and I will post them here when I do.
