Trial Expired Already Issue

Excited to give the new version a go...but ran into big issue for me. I was simming an entire season of games and the game crashed to the desktop. Not a big deal, thinking I could just restart the game.

When I restarted the game, it now says my trial version IS EXPIRED and the TRIAL button is no longer available. Since game just came out today and you get (3) days, something has gone very wrong.

Does this mean I am out of luck using the demo now? Is there a way to get my trial version back?

Bummed out....although somewhere down the road I likely would purchase, but I wanted to kick the tires first to ensure the improvements were good for me.

I also thought I saw 4 starts as well - not sure if that could be your issue.

Sorry, not sure what you mean by seeing 4 starts and that could be my issue.....can you clarify? Thanks.

You get 3 days and/or 4 startups....You can use up all 4 starts in one day and poof...trial expired or take your time and keep it running even when not doing anything..I ran through 2 of my starts and now it says I have two left with still 3 days remaining...

Thank you, did not see that. Kind of a bummer when crashes cause the restarts. Oh well.
