GEFL- the reboot with FoF7

With the release of FoF7, it is my intent to reboot the GEFL.

We will be starting with the 1980 roster file with X-factor turned off.

Former owners have until Monday December 16th to claim their old teams. After that teams will be first come first serve.

I'll do the best I can with the database and getting the web stuff up as I can.

If they aren't a taken team, I'll take the Colts. If they are taken, give me a random team. If no teams are available, that would be too bad.
