Yes, Crossover works, as does Parallels and VMWare Fusion. WINE might work too.

There are apparently issues with the scoreboard not updating properly when using Crossover, but that's minor.

Okay. I can't get it to install the game via CrossOver.

I guess I, too, am wondering if this game is worth getting. I'm particularly concerned about some of the poor roster moves that the AI can make (i.e. signing players they don't need; releasing players they shouldn't). Does this happen a lot?
