FOF7 : I want to buy 2 games - What's the best way to proceed ?

I am going to buy one game for me and one to "offer" to someone else (MIJB#19). I am wondering if it is more convenient to make two separate purchases in terms of licensing and things like that.

Or is a single purchase of two copies "flexible" enough so that MIJB#19 could handle any potential licencing issues by himself with the license I purchase for him ?

Only problem I can see would be using the same e-mail for both licenses might cause some confusion.
