What are some of the key factors in noticing if a player might shine better at a new position?

This RB right here, it says he would retain about 80% of his skill if he moved to Flanker... but he looks like a prime candidate to being better at that position.

He is 5'8" and 214 pounds, that doesn't seem to work well for receiver. We know weight impacted this in the last version, not sure if height has become more of a factor.

It said he might be too short to be effective, but I wouldn't resist. He turned into a 38/50 SE. First year caught 93 balls for exactly 1,000 yards.
