Just wondering if there are any known issues running the game with Windows Vista? There didn't seem to be any problems during the trial period... but just want to be sure before I pull the trigger and purchase.

I would recommend you stop using Windows Vista.

I don't know that anything has been reported with FOF7 and Vista, but there's a FAQ in the reference thread (http://www.operationsports.com/fofc/showthread.php?t=62303) discussing possible issues with Vista and FOF2007, the last version of the game. I would think that FAQ would apply to FOF7 as well because the guts of the game aren't so different, but I don't use Vista so I'm not sure.

I've been running FoF on Vista with no issues (other than maybe once having to run as admin).
