I really wish there was a way that a person could start a career with the game file that has been modified to thier liking, without the flux of ratings. I know you can turn the x-factor off and on and that will reduce the variability of the ratings for the players. A variability scale from 1-10 instead of on/off would enhance it greatly as one the people who put time into creating roster files, I find it frustrating that get the players to match their on field equals.

I know this is not for everyone, and there are alot of people who enjoy the radomness of the game, I just wanted to throw out that idea to Jim.

I switched to watching the Voice this season, the Judge drama is over the top on xfactor and I am sick of the audition process they use with showing bad people.
