I have no idea what this "tinyupload" service is but it came up first in free file hosting...

I took Jim's 2013 file and looked at every position rankings and modified them according to end of year ratings. This is especially helpful for the rookies. Five rookies were added to the file (school and city of birth not correct btw).

The file is not as top heavy as 14 -- 7,8,9's -- were moved down to lower ratings (for example).

Rookie dispersion of ratings is equal to the rest of the roster.

Put a good day going over end of year ratings to comprise this new roster.

I added attribute numbers for punt and kick returning, special teams, Getting downfield, Hands, 3D passing, Int's, modified some scrambling, fumble ratings, some breakaway running ...

In each of these I usually only did the extremes and not the whole position...

Thanks for doing this. Pretty much all players that needed fixing are fixed ( Russell Wilson, Nick Foles etc)

btw -- the only MAJOR problem with my csv is that for ease of changing rankings there was not any differentiation between LG and RG, LDE and RDE, DT or NT, MLB or ILB, etc...

Is there a list of what each number represents? Can this be edited and imported to edit players?
