Bluetooth phone headsets

Illinois (along with many other states) is now hands free when it comes to cell phone usage while driving. Do any of you have recommendations for good bluetooth hands free devices? I am thinking headsets but if there are other options available (over the radio speakers, etc), I'd be open to that also.

I have a Motorola roadster. Clips on the sun visor has a built in speaker and can fm broadcast. Supports up two 4 phones at the same time.
