Been waiting for this a long time - be nice to have an approved method of streaming Simpsons episodes and not have to deal with the dodgy videos, occasional missing episodes, etc of the "not as legal" streaming sites.

Soon you can (legally) stream the Simpsons—but there’s a catch – Quartz (http://qz.com/167329/soon-you-can-legally-stream-the-simpsons-but-theres-a-catch/)

I'm getting so old in that I'd watch some episodes, but I just can't be bothered to know what the hell "FXNOW" is.

Damn, can't they just stream it on Hulu?

Apparently not, according to an article I read they have these syndication agreements with stations and networks, and doing any kind of normal streaming causes problems with that - so it has to be someone who already is paying them for the syndication rights to do it.

While this is cool and I'm fortunate to be part of the 50% that get FX it is also shows everything wrong with the industry.

I wish Netflix would have them. I'd love to watch 20+ years.

Currently if you want to stream the shows, you can on Watch The Simpsons Streaming Online FREE Episodes... (www.wtsos.net) - not always the best quality but the price is right.

I'll probably just torrent the stuff. I'd pay for HBO if I had access to it through other means than cable or satellite, I'd pay for the Simpsons if I had access to it as well. The carrier we have here in Bryson City isn't affiliated with these services. No ESPN 3, none of that stuff.

They're basically forcing me to download it illegally, or to overpay for it and a bunch of other channels I don't want without the option to stream it on demand. I'll go the downloading route.
