Fictional player file?

How or where do I get a fictional player file to start a new career with? Thanks for the help in advance.

Start a new Career, make sure you hit "Begin with Complete Draft" or "Begin with Preference Draft", and then press YES to the "Begin game using random new player file.

Hi, sorry to hi jack this thread. But is there a tutorial on how to edit player ratings? Or create my own player? Thanks.
Okay nevermind I found out how.

Is there a way to edit player ratings without starting a new career?
