Extractor help

I know some can get data out of it.
I can't.

I'm on Win 7 home premium
Removed and reloaded latest Stelmack
Running the latest 7.0a

WHen I run, this is what I get.

So name, Postiion and POS Grp are blank. Then all of the bars are blank.

For those that CAN get a good extractor, would like to know if you are doing something different.

Note: This worked for me with the original 7 release. Once I upgraded to 7.0a it did not.
