Wondering if you guys know what I should do here.
I recently purchased an item over the weekend. The seller opened an unpaid item case 2 days later. That following Monday when I was available to my computer, the third day since winning the bid - I put in my information and paid for it. I have the email receipt.
Two days following that, I got a message from eBay stating I never paid for my item and the seller cancelled the transaction.
The only fucking problem is that I did pay for it.
I keep trying to wiggle through ebay's customer support but I can't seem to get anywhere - all I've successfully done is removed the unpaid item case from appearing on my profile. But now all I want is my damn money back. Also managed to email the user who sold me this item, but they haven't responded. Also they use China eBay or something.
Can any ebay experts help me out?
