The Rules
The rules are the same as previous FOFC “I’m With Stupid" Contests, as set forth by the game's, and indeed our very community's, most cherished and beloved progenitors and inspirational leaders, and also QuikSand. May we never lose our commitment to reverently speak their names and heartily toast their greatness.
The object of this contest is to answer the questions posted, and to provide the most common answer among those submitted. For each question, your score will be equal to the number of people who submitted that response. Your score for the contest will be the product of your individual question scores. For the mathematically challenged, product means they are multiplied together, not added. Highest score wins.
Collaboration of any kind is strictly forbidden. No posting your answers to this board, nor sharing them by e-mail or in any other way with other potential contestants. There are no prizes other than everlasting glory and total consciousness on your deathbed, so the need to cheat shouldn't be an issue.
All determinations of "matches" and anything else requiring even the most trivial degree of judgment fall to that of the sole administrator of this round of the game. You can reduce the need for doubt and judgment by properly spelling your submissions, being clear, and that sort of thing. My decisions are final and utterly inarguable, no exceptions. I summarily reject any suggestion of this structure as evidence of any personal character flaw.
Any references that are unclear to you, due to language or geography, should be understood to be authored from the perspective of an English-speaking American. However...

Stupid's Parenting Techniques
Stupid and his wife, Idioette, have been parents for a little while now. Somehow, through poor understanding of contraceptive techniques, they ended up with 10 children. However, knowing now what he knew then, they really wish they would've had less.
1. How many children are in the ideal family unit?
Luckily, Stupid has a great job as the CEO of IWS, Inc. which makes cell phone apps with microtransactions, and lots of them. As such, money is really no object for the Stupids. (Yes, his name is Stupid S. Stupid... but, I digress.) His kids range in age from 6 months to 17 years old, but he tries not to spoil his kids too much because he wants them to find their own way without having everything handed to them. However, he also realizes that they have certain needs as kids... like cell phones with those cool apps on them.
2. At what age should a child get their first cell phone?
Over Christmas break, Stupid finds out that his 17 year old boy was caught drinking at a party where he was assured there would be parents, but as it turns out that was just a lie to get out of the crammed house for a few hours. Luckily he was able to book it out the back as the police were arriving, but he ran all the way home and came in still pretty wasted. Incensed, Stupid settles on a grounding punishment which equals No TV, no Video Games, and no hanging out with his friends for a period of time.
3. How long should Stupid, Jr. be grounded for underage drinking and lying about it to his parents?
Stupid has also noticed lately that his girls are really starting to grow up. They've attracted a lot of attention of the male kind... but he's not sure if they should be allowed to start dating yet. One fine afternoon while polishing his shotgun, Stupid settles on an allowable dating age for his daughters and prepares to break the news to them.
4. At what age should girls be allowed to begin dating?
Finally, after a period of grounding, Stupid, Jr. turns his senior year around and graduates high school with honors. Just turning 18, SJ decides that he is going to spend a month or so backpacking around Europe with some buddies in the summer before college, but he doesn't want to hit all the tourist traps.
5. Name a city in Europe where Stupid, Jr. should start his trip besides London, Paris, or Rome.
With one child finally getting out of the nest, but 9 more to go, Stupid and Idioette trudge back from the airport after dropping off SJ and decide to head back into the den and enjoy some quality family time with the other 9... After all, the time goes by so fast so they have to enjoy the kids while they can. So they fire up Netflix and start up a film....
6. What 1980's R-rated comedy do they watch with their 9 children?
I said they were parents, but never said they were good ones.
