WEIRD Draft Class grade

Uh oh, is this cause for concern? This guy, Dylan Horton (right above the highlighted player) showed up in the OSFL draft class today:

Will this be OK? (For those who can't see the image, his grade is "9." and his adjusted grade is "7.") He's a long snapper.

Cosmetic. Bad decimal point. Happens with long snappers and can happen with other crappy players.

It seems like the grade should be 0.9/0.7, because he's totally terrible. Guessing this happens with all <1.0 graded players.
