I own this (is anyone surprised). I played it for about 3-4 hours when it was very early access. I liked it enough but thought I'd be better off waiting until the game was done because there wasn't much to do.

BE is preordered.

Stardrive 2? Not unless the reviews are superlative. I don't reward devs who walk away from their unfinished programs. You might be better off with Galactic Civ 3 (though Brad Wardell an absolute dick).

I have Gal Civ 3 and actually enjoyed SD 1 for what it was worth.
