We are getting ready to attempt our first offline staff draft in the FFL. As I was going through all the coaches in the preview I thought to myself, I don't know what the heck to look for in a coaching staff.

Is it all about bars?
What bars do ya look for in a Head Coach and what part of the game does he control?

What about the coordinators and assistant coach?

What do ya look for in a trainer? What does intelligence do for him any ways? Or even the coaching staff for that matter?

Who does the scouting or player developing?
Do their ages matter to the players?
Do players play better for some coaches than others?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Edit: I found the thread on it. Sorry for the disturbance. http://www.operationsports.com/fofc/showthread.php?t=87939

intelligence does nothing. It hasn't been implemented yet.

All coaches except strength trainer help develop players and determine/scout player ratings.

Play calling is only used by the coordinators and discipline is only used for head coaches for penalty frequency.
